Pocket Ledger Privacy Policy
Pocket Ledger is a personal money tracking app by Xannero Digital. This policy explains how the app handles ledger entries, Worth accounts and money check-ins, device permissions, optional AI features, subscription information, and support messages.
Developer and contact

Data stored on your device
Pocket Ledger stores your personal money data locally on your device. This may include ledger amounts, dates, descriptions, categories, and linked Worth account selections; the provider labels, nicknames, types, current values, and card designs of Worth accounts you add; money check-ins; display preferences such as hidden values and Narrow view; currency and category preferences; onboarding status; and reminder settings. The app does not require an account login, bank login, or bank account number to use these local features.
Optional AI features
When you use typed quick add, voice capture, or image scanning, the app may send the content you provide to Xannero Digital's AI proxy and AI processing providers so it can turn the content into suggested ledger entries.
- Typed quick add may send the text you enter.
- Voice capture may send your recorded audio for transcription.
- Image scanning may send the selected receipt, bill, bank screenshot, or other financial image for parsing.
Image results are shown for review before saving. A valid typed or voice money note can save the ledger entry and update one exact named Worth account together. If an account is missing or unclear, the app asks you to choose one first. A reviewed visible bank or wallet balance replaces the value of the Worth account you select without also creating a duplicate income or expense.
An AI allowance or credit is reserved when processing starts. This applies even when no ledger entry is found or an image result is later discarded, because the processing service has already been used.
AI access and abuse prevention
To verify purchases, enforce allowances, and prevent automated abuse, Pocket Ledger sends an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID, a random app installation identifier, app platform and version, IP address, request timestamps, feature type, and usage outcome to Xannero Digital's server. These identifiers are not ledger account credentials and the app does not require your name or email address.
The server maintains AI allowance counters, verified credit balances, purchase transaction identifiers used to prevent duplicate credit grants, temporary rate-limit records, and security logs. Unusually high or rapid traffic may be temporarily blocked.
Camera, photos, and microphone
Pocket Ledger requests microphone access only when you choose to record a voice entry. The app requests camera or photo access only when you choose to scan a receipt, bill, bank screenshot, or similar image. You can deny these permissions and continue using typed entry.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the app's core features: saving and searching ledger entries; calculating income, spending, account values, and Worth; linking entries to the accounts that paid or received money; saving money check-ins and showing progress and cash-flow charts; transcribing voice entries; parsing selected images; maintaining app preferences; responding to support requests; and managing optional AI credits and subscription access.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party ads, and we do not track you across apps or websites. Data may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, including app distribution, hosting, AI processing, email support, and payment or subscription management. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store provider, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store.
Retention and deletion
Ledger entries, Worth accounts and values, money check-ins, and app preferences remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Xannero Digital does not intentionally store copies of your ledger notes, audio recordings, or receipt and financial images on its own server after processing. Temporary server files created for audio transcription are deleted after the request finishes. AI providers and app store providers may process and retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations.
AI quota windows and temporary security records expire automatically. Verified credit balances and purchase transaction identifiers may be retained while needed to provide purchased credits, prevent duplicate grants, resolve support issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, troubleshoot, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of support messages by contacting the privacy email above.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data handled by the app and related services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Pocket Ledger is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or an optional app feature, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International processing
Service providers used to operate Pocket Ledger may process information in countries other than where you live. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed in those locations.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Pocket Ledger changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
